6 week scan experiences please!

At 6+5 all they seen was a sack and fetal pole, no heart beat, had another scan at 8 weeks and the heart beat was there and I'm now 16 weeks.. So your scan looks right on track

Thank you Irish!! I was so so happy just to see SOMETHING! I have another scan booked for 7+2 (or more realistically I'll be 6+5 ish) not sure whether to push it back or not. On one hand I'm desparate to see baby, but on the other I don't want to go too soon and be disappointed!

Awesome!! That is what happened to me. Went back exactly a week later and saw baby with heartbeat.

This happened to me. I should have been 6+4 but I was a week behind so all we saw was sac and yolk. I went back two weeks later and saw a 1.27cm fetal pole and heartbeat! Xx

Thank you ladies. I've moved my scan to 8weeks so fx we get to see baby and a little hb flickering away. It's going to be a long two weeks!!
