6 Weeks and 55lbs Overweight

Does anyone have good pregnancy exercises for the first trimester? I am 55lbs overweight (or should I say obese?) and am worried about my health and the babies. This was an unexpected but joyous surprise. So, I feel bad that I am trying to play catch up on my health.
 
Walking. It's not only good for now but also helps strengthen ligaments for your due date. I also swam alot when I was preg
 
Yep walking and swimming are great for you and low impact while you're pregnant!
