6 weeks pregnant and klebsiella

Hi girls, I am 6 weeks pregnant. Just got my urine tests results and I have 2 bacterias... E. coli and klebsiella pneumoniae.
Doctor prescribed an antibiotic : cefuroxime axetil 500mg twice a day for 10 days.
Have you ever had anything like this? Is the antibiotic safe? I am scared it's my first pregnancy.

It's safe and has been used for decades. Just be sure to finish your prescription even when you start feeling better!
