6 weeks pregnant IVF help

I made 6 weeks yesterday and started bleeding this morning. My RE said it's common and said to do a progesterone injection. And to do two a day till it stops. Has anyone had bleeding and still had a healthy pregnancy? I'm very worried.

Thank you! You know how nervous that can make us. I'm just terrified of losing this baby. He's our only embryo and we can't afford to try again. In Louisiana, nothing for IVF is covered by insurance.

I've not had ivf but I did bleed with 4 of my 5 pregnancies.
