Ok so I have never counted my dpo before but I believe I'm on my 6dpo. Yesterday I had mild cramping on my right lower abdomen and lower back pain and gassy. Today I've had pressure in my lower abdomen with pinching sensations on my left ovary and mild cramping still, nipples are sensitive. Could this all be in my head?? What were signs you had before you found out you were pregnant??

I had a sore boobs and a lower back pain it was very hard the day before af due date .. hope u get your bfp soon and me too
