Ok so I have never counted my dpo before but I believe I'm on my 6dpo. Yesterday I had mild cramping on my right lower abdomen and lower back pain and gassy. Today I've had pressure in my lower abdomen with pinching sensations on my left ovary and mild cramping still, nipples are sensitive. Could this all be in my head?? What were signs you had before you found out you were pregnant??

I think I'm 5dpo maybe 6 depending I had 2 pos opks 16th and 17th Feb .. I was woke out of my sleep this morning around 7am with a very very sharp pain below in my left ovary ! My boobs burn like not sore but they feel burny I feel a little sick and yesterday I was extremely exhausted . My cervix is still pretty highish checked my cm and it's thick and creamy mixed with ewcm wierd I don't no I hate this tww my lower back also aches and I've got dull crampy aches on the left hand side fx for us xxxx
