7/8dpo-Pinches on 6dpo-creamy CM, low/hard cervix

Just popping in to see if anyone has had these symptoms. I feel really strongly that something was happening in my uterus on Friday night. I was sitting on the couch and can feel definite pains and pinches really low in my uterus on the left-hand side I had it a little bit on Saturday, and have a little bit ever sense. I've been trying to pay attention to CM as well. I have a good amount of creamy/lotion. The low cervix has me stumped. Anyone have similar symptoms and result in bfp?
