7 days late and then I get bleeding.. But it's lighter than my period. :o

I'm still not comfortable with using a test. As soon as my period comes, it's usually heavy but it's actually light right now. Light as in yeah, (TMI) when I wipe I get blood on my tissue paper, but not much like I usually would. Could this be spotting or my period coming to bite me in the face? Trying to conceive is literally the hardest thing a woman tries to do.. I don't know how I can keep coping with the constant pain of AF coming each month
