7 weeks pregnant... and it's sinking in

I typed in "7 weeks pregnant" into google and some pics came up.
For some reason this one made me just want to cry with happiness:

I think I'm getting over the fact I have been TERRIFIED and am now starting to accept the fact there's a baby in me... :')

I was 7 weeks when i found out about my first and remember staring at similar pics in awe thinking that looks like a baby! this time though i found out at 4 weeks so there was nothing interesting to see, special all the same though lol

I think I'm just being emotional but that pic made me want to cry and couldn't stop grinning haha (even though it's not even my baby I'm just pretending it is )
The reason I searched it was because the pic on my pregnancy ticker looks like it's smiling and that made me happy hehe.
