8-9 DPO High/Soft Cervix

I had sharp Ovulation Pain on the 19th, lighter cramps 20th, and a aching in my groin on the 21st. Is the 19th considered my OV day? My cervix is still soft and high and wet, is this normal 3-4 days before AF? Please Help.
