8 dpo back ache

Hi everyone,
I am 8dpo today and have bad lower back ache and a general crampy feeling - exactly like AF cramps. I am not due till Sunday so don't understand why I would have cramps so early...last cycle I had cramps 3 days before AF so this seems too early. Anyone else feeling this way?

You are exactly like me thats how I was at 8dpo so much back pain and lots of cramping. I wish I had an answer but I dont know myself. I've been having cramps light way since ovulation and back pains just started at 8dpo. Hopefully it gets better for you.
