8 weeks and very stuffy nose dissapeared

Hi all,
Since about 4.5 weeks I've had a really stuffed up nose, lots of sneezing and head pressure. I didn't have it with my first pregnancy, but I guess each is different. Today, it magically disappeared. It's really nice having it gone but of course I'm also really paranoid that something could be wrong, it was one of my main symptoms.

Has anyone else had a stuffed nose last for less than 3-5 weeks and then go away?

Yeah I have (though not the pressure you are describing) but I just thought I had a bit of a cold. Do you think it is a pregnancy thing? I had no idea.

Did yours last for awhile? It sounds like it is a pregnancy thing, it comes up on a lot of searches. I didn't expect it to just disappear so fast.

It seems to still be going on. Well actually I am not noticing it much during the day except for the occasional sneeze (ouchies in my belly!) but when I am in bed I have to breathe through my mouth cause lying on my side my nose seems to be closed mostly. On my back it seems a lil better but I don't want to get into the habit lying on my back. Plus I am trying to be considerate to poor OH cause I am sure to snore that way lol. And in the morning I am waking up with a mouth that feels like a disgusting flannel :S
