Blue dye tests are awful. I have had a few lines that look like that, I stopped buying them. Most ladies on here say the test line needs to be thick like the control line

It could be a bfp, its just those blue dye tests can give false hope.

Evaps on blue dye tests often have a thin blue line just like yours which I have gotten myself several times ,it especially cannot be trusted if it appears after being taken out of the test casing, sorry.

hope I am wrong and you get a positive on a pink dye test. good luck.

The evaps ive gotten on the blue dyes always had blue in them

To answer your question according to most tests if you period is late you can use any time of the day urine.
