8dpo, which temp do i use? help please??

I usually temp at 7am but woke at 3.15 feeling really hot and needed a drink, i took me temp and it was 36.43, used the temp adjuster and came out with 36.84 my highest EVER temp !! Weird because i slept with the window open and usually have it closed!!

Managed to fall back asleep at about 4.30, took temp again at 7 (2.5hrs sleep) and bbt was 36.48.. window had been closed and heating had been on since OH got up for work at 4.30.. which one should i use?!

The highest one gives me hope.. but is it false hope? Lol x.

By looking at your chart, it still looks like you could have had an implantation dip (or just estrogen surge) as the lower of your temps today will still be around your previous temps. Fx for you, let us know how you get on xx

Thanks Lottie. I'm using the highest temp but suppose i will tell from tomorrows temp x
