My 9 month old LO has been constipated for the past two months on and off. She drinks plenty of water and eats fruit and vegetables but has hard stools and cries in pain when she is passing and there only small poohs!!
I visited my GP who told me it was a phase and to give her more water (even though she is always drinking it)
I have tried the following things:
Fresh Orange Juice
More Fruit and Veg
Lactulose
Is there anything else that I could try and is anyone else having issues??
