Whats ur 9 month old sleep schedules?
My lil one is stil a terrible cat nApper!

He goes to bed at 6/6.30pm he has a bottle and goea down awake most nights .. Has a winge and goes to sleep.. Some nights he can sleep right thru others he will wake once. Wake time variers. Sometimes 6/7 has been as early as 5 bt not for a while normally its 6 so say 6-6 he sleeps but he catnaps and stl has quiet a few a day. 3 sometimes 4.. All short say 30 mins. We do sometimes get a hour / hour and half in an afternoon.
My question is whats ur lil ones wake time like after he gets up he's tired soon sometimes wont eat much breakfast because hes rubbin his eyes. Normally about 2 hours after he wakes hea havin a nap for half hour . He woke at 6 today by 8 he was asleep. He wil no doubt wake up soon.
I think its to do wv because he has his warly morning naps in his bouncer he has a afternoon nap in his cot which is when he sometimes sleeps longer. He tends to only go down for that nap tho after his bottle which is weird because hes never been fed tk sleep and never needed a bottle for naps if i put him in cot for morning nap because he hasnt had a bottle he just screams stands up and wont lie down.

I dont no what to do i wish he would have say two longer naps. So id have some time with my toddler to and to get things sorted.. If he wasn't tired so much i wouldnt mind him not napping for long
And hes Awake alredi and clearly stil tired!! Help anyone x

Isabela is not a great napper sometimes either. She cat naps at daycare, when she's home on weekends we usually get her to take an hour-2 hour nap once during the day and maybe another cat nap, then she goes down for the night. Yesterday when I picked her up her teacher said she had one cat nap for 30 minutes and that ended at 11:15am and didn't nap again! So from 11:15 until 7pm when she went to sleep she was awake, I couldn't believe it! But she didn't really complain so much so for some reason she just wasn't tired I guess. On the weekends when she is down for a nap, if she wakes up and I can tell she's still tired, I go in and try my best to get her back down-a pacifier, I put her on her tummy and pat her back, and she sometimes goes back down. If she doesn't then I figure out why she's awake (hungry, dirty diaper, etc). If she seems happy when she wakes up then my guess is she's just not tired so I go on with the day. At night she almost always falls asleep with her last bottle, I think it's because she has such busy days at daycare that she's exhausted when she comes home lol.
