9 months - sleep regression or growth spurt

charlie has woken 3 times since going to bed at 8, each time rooting for another feed which is very unlike him since he dropped all bar one night feed by himself. I've heard different things, is it a spurt or regression where he happens to be hungry? Or both?

I have no idea but didn't want to read and run. It's only since Clara turned 9 months that she's been back to sttn (she did from 5 weeks to 5 months and then started waking 1-3 times a night).

Search my threads! I am going through the same thing. It "may" be teething but I don't know. Last night was awful the night before wasnt great. I hope we can figure it out!
