9 weeks old and STTN!

My amazing girl is now at a week of sleeping right through! She goes to bed between 10 and 11pm, getting her last feed then, and sleeps right through until OH's alarm goes at 7am! She isn't even screaming for a feed when she wakes! I'm so bloomin proud of her!

My LO currently co-sleeping for 3-4 hrs slept for both of us, doesn't manage more than 1 1/2 hrs in basket, does your LO go in a cot/ basket/ your bed?

She sleeps in a crib in our room, we've never actually needed to take her into our bed, never had any problems in the crib! Lucky I guess! xx

YEY! My LO was the same, I was prepared for the sleepless nights but she would only wake once when a newborn then at 10 weeks she started sleeping from 7pm till 9am and at 10 months old she still does! Shouldn't gloat but im so glad I don't have to get up at 6am every day! lol

E does a 4-5 hour stretch 10pm-2.30 ish then goes onto 2-3 hourly feeds but happily goes straight back to sleep in her Moses basket until 8am ish, I feed her in bed then put her back down.... If she goes longer than 3 hours during the day I worry and wake her up to feed because I think she's still so little and topping her up during the day seems to help her do a slightly longer stretch at night

Yay!! Same here, he started sleeping through at 7 weeks and now sleeps through more often then not at 10 weeks. He has gone back a little with a tummy bug but hope to have him sleeping through regularly again very soon. He also sleeps on a crib in our room, though it was a struggle to get him on it at first. Enjoy your sleep and long may it continue!!

Yep from birth it was only ever one night feed! I'm guessing she just really loves her sleep, she gets put to bed drowsy with her dummy in, after about 10 mins she spits the dummy out and falls asleep, she's never woke up unless its for a feed xx

You're so lucky!! Then again I can't complain, LO is also a really good sleeper. I get 3-4 hours between feeds at night. So really I only get up twice during the night before we get up for the day xx

Aww, congrats! It is a truly amazing feeling when they love sleep. My son had something against sleeping and I was worried the wee girl would too, but she started sleeping through at about the same age as yours.

My oldest still gets up a couple times in the night and I don't have high hopes for my youngest as he wakes to eat every 2 hours, oh and did I mention DS1 gets up between 4-5am

Before LO was here, my mantra was 'they will EVENTUALLY grow out of it - and it's not always going to be like that'

Me too! He has gone through brief periods of STTN but always goes back to being awful again, tbh though after almost 2 years im not even that tired anymore, you really do get used to it. I always used to hate when people said that but its true!

I hope your LO keeps up the good sleeping, even if I am ridiculously jealous lol

my brooke was excakly the same slept well since she was born sometimes only waking up once some night none when she was 8 weeks she sttn now at 2 she goes down at 6pm and sleeps till 730 then she goes and plays with her brother in the room somethimes i get a long lie till 9am.

its brilliant and u do feel lucky alot off babies take a long time to sttn.

make the most of it. my Lo was the same sleeping 7-12hr stint of as night until she reached 3.5mths old then it all went to pot and is now finally back on track thanks to CC. I hope your baby carries on for you the way she has the last week.

I think our LO's are so similar... Same birthday and same perfect little baby! Lol!

My wee guy has been sleeping through the night for about 3 weeks now, although he's in bed a little earlier than your LO. He gets so grumpy around 7pm, so I bath him and he has his last feed about 8pm. He's sleeping for 8.30pm and wakes at 5am. He only has a quick feed though and goes straight back to sleep till 9.30am. It's amazing, although I'm always fearful that it'll change!

Let's just enjoy it though xxx
