9w 2d - not spared morning sickness

9 weeks hit and all of a sudden I feel nauseous all day. It's been building slowly since last Friday but now I can't do any sort of high energy activity (jogging even short distances or climbing stairs) or I start retching and every so often I'll just get random spike in crappiness.

I was hoping that at 8w when nothing much had shown up as far as nausea goes that I was spared. Oh well! I've joined the sicky club, lol.
