a little early but like to be prepared

Had another midwife appointment today and little lady is still head down now the question is how can I help her to engage?
I don't plan on starting anything yet for a good couple of weeks but I like to be prepared ready for when I do start.
So anyone know any techniques on how to help little lady move further down and engage? X x

I am pretty sure the baby will engage at the right time I have no idea what you can do to "make" the baby engage. Baby is head down and can still move, though unlikely. Maybe ask your doc or mw what you can do?

I wonder if my baby is engaged... 34 weeks with number 2... I hope mine is still head down!

not sure.. i haven't been doing anything and at my 35 weeks app MW said baby is 1/5 engaged so he's going in the right direction all by himself
