Okay, my question is...I have SPD, I get the pains on my right side, in my hip & groin area. If I walk a long way it will progress to my left side as I get more tired.

Over the last few days every single movment of my leg is agony. Stand up/sit down, walk, lift, even just to move my leg if it goes dead is painful.

I'm wondering if this means LO might be further down in my pelvis & pushing everything out a little?

Basically I'm clutching at straws that labour is round the corner, but if anyone has any advice or has been through this I'd be really greatful for your help. :flower:

P.S Any lolcats fans? My brain wrote 'halp' 4 times in the title before I re-mastered the 'e' key.

Im not as far along as you but ive been having the same problem, ive had SPD for a while now but on Monday I felt her drop down and ive been in agony since - I cant get comfy, I cant do anything in fact without being in pain :( All ive been advised to do is rest and take paracetamol!!! Ive tried putting pillows/cushions all around me when in bed and eventually get comfortable enough to sleep - Apart from doing as little as possible I havent found a way to alleviate the pain completely yet so if anyone does have any advice Id love to hear it aswell xx Sorry this isnt much help but I didnt want to R+R :) xx
