yes, its safe to use during the night, just change it b4 u go to bed, and when you first wake up. if u mean is it ok to use wen ur only light bleeding at start/end of af yes thats fine too

what a relief to not have to worry about using wrong tampon sizes...then trying to pull it them out!

gotta admit that they're great. I hated using pads and tampons but I don't mind the mooncup, tbh I forget that it's there. Another good thing is that you can use them if you're going to come on but haven't yet, like if you know or whatever - whereas tampons you can;'t cause of TSS.
