For the last three days I have been having period like cramps, last night it felt like af was coming, I was cramping bad and I also haven't been having no appetite at all. Today I been feeling cramps on and off very mild cramps, but af not due between the 8 and 10... Could this be a good sign

When did you ovulate? Do you chart?
If you are 6 - 10 days DPO than maybe this is implantation ... If not maybe you are ovulating.
It is hard to say anything is or isn't good when all we have is a symptom, especially because most if not all pregnancy symptoms are the same as period symptoms as they are just our natural bodies reaction to the hormones in our systems.

No I don't chart but my cycle is between 28 and 30 days and I think it was ovulation. Now I'm on day 4 of cramping and I been cramping on and off today. I've had cramping last week and ewcm last week and lots of lotion cm. it's just starting to be hardly no cm three days ago. And how long do you suppose to cramp during ovulation
