a week early

so i have a dilemma. my AF is due this sunday - i am as regular as clockwork - never early never late. on sat the OH and i went out to dinner came home and BD'd and it was no more vigorous than normal, and that nice at 3m i began bleeding - no cramping, nothing and its mainly when i wipe - it is still continuing. its not dark, very bright red - sorry tmi info. im just so confused - y wud it be 8 days early and its not like a normal period

any words of wisdom?

wud implantation bleeding last that long? i had a wee bleed on tues6th of sept that i hoped was - but i dnt know

my cycles are 28 days - always - due on the 25th sept and im never early and it doesnt seem like an AF at all - to light - tmi - mainly when i wipe and its too bright, did a test - BFN so im completely confused lo

hmm that IS confusing! I don't have any answers May be it's something hormonal, or you ov'd early this month for some reason - I dunno chick, sorry! If you are not due for another 5 days it may still be too early for a HPT to work, but may be it is connected with implantation and the hormonal changes that go on as a consequence. Personally I would always keep testing if it's weird bleed! Sorry - not much use am I!

Bleeding after sex can be a sign of a small, very treatable infection. It could be a sign of lots of things but I just wanted to highlight a suggestion that wasn't fertility pregnancy related. If it happens again I'd make an app with the doc

if your LMP was at the end of august, most likely what you saw on the 6th was just residual from your AF. It's highly unlikely that was implantation.
