A year ago today....

Sophie finally came home after 12 long weeks in neonatal, weighing 5lbs 6oz! I can't believe it's a year ago - in a way it feels like yesterday but in another way, I can't imagine life before Sophie!

It seems so long since her birthday, I don't know how we did it but I guess you just do, somehow!
