AAARRRRRRGH Cant Sleep!!!

So I finished eight nightshifts yesturday morning and it is now 4.45am sat morn and as you can see Im on here, as I cant sleep. The week before I got my I was having trouble sleeping and now im still struggling .

I know your supposed to get sleepless nights when the baby arrived but really didnt expect it all the way through LOL, does any one have any suggestions as to how to help get a good night sleep???

hot chocolate or hot milk or maybe fall asleep listening to music,that helps me.

I was still awake at 5:35am after going to bed at 1am and ended up necking two large JD & cokes to knock me out....unfortunately that one seems to be off the menu for you.
