Abdominal pain - should I worry?

AF is due in 3 days time.
The last hour or so I have had horrible cramps in my sides and under my belly button, it's like a constant ache, few stabbing pains thrown in and like a bubble popping sensation. I'm still bloated and have been for almost a week. Also noticed an increase in cervical mucus too from really watery to creamy.

Please say someone else has experienced this?

I wanna respond but I don't have an answer but I can tell you what I am feeling starting at maybe 4dpo I felt like a soreness in my abdomen like I had been doing 1000 crunches. I felt when I cough, laugh even when I'm walking. I'm not sure what it was but I do feel like I am preggers , I'm 8dpo and I have so many symptoms it's crazy. I've read that high progesterone will make you feel the same, if I don't get BFP this cycle I am going to check on that bc I feel like I am.
