aches/pinch in uterus question help!

Hello ladies,
I am 8dpo almost 9 since it's night time since 7dpo I been getting a dull ache in uterus and pinching pulling feeling in ovarys and if I move certain wags in my uterus as well. But there has been a constant dull ache down there. I have not gotten this b4. Different than af cramps and I'm still 10 days away from af!
So what could these aches mean? Anyone have experience with this?

I get it sometimes and.im.not.pg but i have to say when i was thats exactly how it felt.for a few weeks its like a splinter and certain positions or if you stretch you feel like a pull. If your not usually having it i would say its a hopeful sign gl x
