Achey Left Ovary?

I have just had a couple of days of what only can be decribed as an achey left ovary. It wasn't so much painful, but more of a dull ache. It can only really be felt when I either make a sudden movement or when I cough, I can also feel it a bit when I am having sex (sorry, bit TMI). It is starting too settle down again now. It has come at a time around ovulation, is this normal? I am sorry if this seems like a really stupid question but as I don't normally have periods with my PCOS, I don't know what it feels like to ovulate! I am just wondering if it is something to worry about or whether to just ignore as it will just go away once the ovulation period has been and gone.

I have pains every month at ovulation, sometimes they double me over! I have been told that if it's worse than usual it could be a cyst as well-since you have pcos I would assume that could be the case also. I don't think it's anything to worry about...but I'm no doctor lol!

Haha, thanks though anyway! I have had a few scans on my ovaries, one being Monday just gone... wouldn't they have picked up on any Ovaries then?
