aching hips?

so this morning i woke up and i am currently experiencing achy hips i've never experienced achy hips even when im due my AF never :S what can this mean?

any help would be greatley appreciated ladies

I'm having this too..like a pulling aching feeling in my hips..same for you? it kind of let up today which makes me sad but I'm having off and on cramps in my uterus..and I remember with my first pregnancy I had a little cramping throughout my 2ww..how many dpo are you sweetheart?

Hi i know this post is really old but i am experiencing really sore hips esp when i sit down. They are pulling and aching its really strange. I took a HPT and got a BFN. AF is due any day! Still having light cramps but this hip ache is really odd! Just wondered if youre pain turned out good news?! x
