Aching knees during tww

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this website and have been TTC for the last 5 months. I get aching knees or weak knee feeling about 1 week before before AF is due to arrive. I have read on lots of forums that PMS and pregnancy symptoms are very similar and caused by progesterone. And because I don't know anyone who gets aching knees before AF it is very confusing for me to just count myself out once I start feeling the achy knees during every TWW cycle.

So I'm just wondering if there are any ladies out there who usually get aching knees before AF and also got the same aching knees but got a BFP instead of AF that cycle?

I try really hard not to symptom spot but this aching knee symptom gets me down every time.
