Aching right hip/pelvis @ 10+3 weeks

For the past 24 hours my right hip/pelvic area is really achey and painful, it almost feels like my hip is becoming disjointed! Its soooo sore!! Is anybody experiencing the same and have any good remedies rather than taking painkillers?? Thank you!!! xxx
