achy feet anyone?

I have been gettin this pain in the arch of my left foot...its soo painful to walk sometimes towards the end of the day...

jus wondering if anyone is experiencing this...and whats the best to relieve the pain?...

is it jus painful at the end of the day or do u get pain at the very start of the day as well (even if it relieves itself shortly after wakin)??

I get sore feet at the end of the day. I was out shopping for a few hours and I felt my feet starting to hurt and swell. Best way when it happens is to put your feet up and relax!!xx

could be plantar fascilitis... i've always had it... but its common in pregnancy due to extra weight bein carried.
u can get heel arches from matalan for £1.50!
also stretch the foot out... nd rub ibuleve (no more than 3 times a day)... onto ur foot.
thats what i do

my feet are really aching now ive been stood baking for 2 hours and now i keep getting cramp in my toes ive just sat down and its starting to ease abit now...thank god x

I have suffered with plantar fascitiis since about 16 weeks pregnant and its getting worse, i have about 3 insoles in my shoes and gel heel pads, do my stretches and nothing helps! I am in agony first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I hate it and there is no cure it can take from3-18 months to heal itself my doctor told me to do stretches everyday and it should get better
