Achy pinching cramp-- any ideas?

I've had this, almost like O pain, in my lower left groin area. Usually it switched sides or comes and goes, but this cycle, it's been pretty consistent(past 2-3 days), I've also had a abundance of creamy cm. Today is 7dpo for me and I'm not sure what it could be. Should I be worried about a cyst, infection, endometriosis? Thoughts? I do plan on making a gyno appt to check on it.

I have the same thing going on felt it once yesterday at 8dpo and off n on today. But mine is on therright side tho

During my tww which led to bfp I had one whole day where there was a pain in my right ovary area...it kind of felt like when u stretch or sneeze then have to sit down because it hurts your groin... Just thought I'd mention as I never felt that before my bfp cycle...usually it lasted a minute or so, not a whole day!

N27murray- that's exactly how mine felt . I actually winced a few times. I also have had creamy cm everyday since O, so was hoping I didn't have something wrong in there! Lol. Thanks for replying!
