Is it ok to give Omar a pot of activia yoghurt 125 grms once a day? I usually give him natural fresh yogurt, today I gave him activia & he really liked it.

I think that would be fine? They are a bit sugary but if it's one a day and Omar enjoys them then it's up to you - Charlie's had an Activia pot in my sisters house now and then as a snack but I think if their teeth are well brushed, balanced diet etc etc it's not gonna do any harm :flow:

Lizzie has them now and again, too...she loves the prune layer! She will have a few if she's been on medication...restore natural balance in tummy, and have a treat!

Thanks ladies. It's the plain one. It's sweeter than natural yoghurt but I checked the label & it didn't have any added sugar xx

As long as it's not the low fat ones as they are full of artificial sweeteners and all sorts of nasties, I don't think it'll do any harm. I give Jacob the plum baby ones as he loves them and can manage the little pots better, oh I also give him the fromage frais rather than yogurt as it's not so runny as he has this habit of turning the spoon over on the way to his mouth while it's fully loaded lol

Grace had an Activia yogurt for lunch. As long as they're full fat ones and LO isn't eating tons of refined sugar in other foods, I think they're pretty healthy.
