Adhd / autism

I just writing this i will update the full details tomorow as its getting late now.
But basically my nephew has been diagnosed with ADHD but we, my sister and many others beleive its autism not adhd. my dh's sister has a child with diagnosed autism and even she thinks he is more likely to be autistic than adhd.
The doctors dont seem to want to listen to the fact we want a 2nd opinion so i just wondered what traits adhd children have and what traits autistic children have to see which he has more of thanks x

Many sort of verge into each other, an autistic diagnosis is not easy. My son has ADHD and autism.
