Adjust BBT or not? Need advice!

I woke early this morning at 3 DPO, tempted and noticed that my temp fell below cover line (it has not done this before). However, if I adjust my temp for waking early it is just above cover line. I have found conflicting information online about whether or not to adjust the temp. Figured I would seek human opinions.

I did have an acupuncture treatment yesterday....not sure if that might affect it....thoughts?

From what I have read and according to FF, you should not ever adjust your temp!
