ADVICE? 13days late, feel crappy, BFN-Issues with referral to OB/GYN

I'm dying: What do I do? I'm 13 days late; nauseas/puking, so tired, nips hurt, still crampy but as of three days ago still testing BFN. I was referred to a new ob/gyn but the referral doesn't go through for about 5-6 more days and THEN, I have to wait to get in.
15 days ago I got a faint positive on HPT, positive on OPK on 12dpo and 19dpo... now testing negative and have since a few days after the positive (guess it was a false pos?).
I'm so frustrated that it's going to be probably about 3 weeks before I can get in to the doc (at least)...
Hubs said go to the hospital. Part of me agrees because I"m concerned it could be a missed miscarriage but part of me doesn't want to waste resources to do that.
What do ya'll think?

Could be a CP or ectopic preg..., either way I'd def get it checked out by hospital or a walk in urgent care.

Thanks mama. I did end up going to the er yesterday. It turns out that I have a solid cyst that is producing it's own hormones which mimic pregnancy. I need to get in to a specialist asap to get this thing tested and out of me. Who knew. I have had fluid filled cysts before - no biggie, they go away on their own. This is new for me. I had no idea a cyst could do all that. Having a cyst is way less awesome than having a baby!
