Just looking for some advice my little boy is 6 weeks and was delivered just over 3 weeks early due to complications. He was delivered by c-section as he was also breech. I havnt had any probems and not bleeding anymore. This week Ive been getting cramping pains like AF pains is this normal? Could AF be on its way? Im breast feeding so didnt think this would be the case.
Any advice gratefully received.
