Advice on exercise during 2WW

    What exercise is appropriate during 2ww? Is spinning to agrressive/energetic??

    I don't see why spinning would be an issue. You can bike well into your pregnancy. I even had one girl on my hockey team who played in a tournament before she found out she was pregnant.
