Hi all, I work crazy/long/unpredictable hours, 12-24 hour shifts, nights/evening/days in schedules that have no rhythm or respect for a girls' cycle, ha!

Any suggestions/experience for temp charting in the midst of all this? Should I try it whenever I wake up from sleep regardless of the time of day (5 am or noon), that doesn't seem good with daily variations... or 7am every day regardless of whether I'm at work or not? Doesn't seem right either... Looking for anyone with experience w/such difficulties. I don't want to give up on temp charting just yet, although my ob/gyn suggests it's just too hard w/my schedule & I should keep to peeing on sticks...

Thanks in advance!

I don't have any experience in chartng while working night shifts, but when I started charting with ovufriend and was reading all these fertility charting guide I found this one, it maybe helpful for you https://ovufriend.com/faq/taking-yo...erature-when-working-the-night-shift,160.html
