Advice please!

Hello ladies, I know I'm a bit early for third tri, but I have a couple questions I feel may be better answered here. :)

Lately, I can't sleep. I get maybe about 4 hours of sleep a night. I expected this, and its not the main problem, but not only can I not ever seem to get comfortable, every single time I lay on my left side, pregnancy pillow or no pregnancy pillow, I feel so nauseous! I feel sick to the point of sometimes having to run to the bathroom at some god awful time in the early morning to vomit! Could this just be morning sickness coming back? It has really started to affect me, and I even dread having to try to sleep every night!
Oh, another question while I'm at it, is it bad or possibly benificial for me to flex my ab muscles throughout my day? It feels more comfortable most of the time and it feels I am supporting my stomach better. Sometimes I feel WAY too stretched out, so I've gotten in the habit of doing this.
 
Hi hon. I'm not sure about flexing. Maybe ask your doctor about that.

You could be getting morning sickness back, or it could be heartburn. Have you tried Tums? I slept with a bottle of them on my nightstand, and ate a few each night. That helped.

I was up literally, not even exaggerating, every half hour on the loo! It was awful.
