advice please =[

Hi every1 wondered if any1 could give me any advice ill try not to be too graphic lol. I just had a babyboy 7 weeks ago tomorrow and i keep bleeding.
I stopped bleedin at 4 weeks came back at 5 went after 3 days and now im back bleeding again at week 7. I thought when i started bleeding again at 5 weeks it was a period because it was really heavy but now im concerned. I have started exercising and did start having sex with my partner again could any of them be starting it off??

any advice please

First off, HUGE congratulations on the birth of your first child!

I think that MILD exercise is fine, as is going back to having sex, I think it's 6 weeks for both. Either could cause it, yes, however careful you are. But then so could a retained piece of the placenta. It would probably be best to go in and see your gyne, midwife or doctor, especially if it's at all heavy.
I didn't bleed again until my babies were close to a year old, but then I breastfed. If you are FF then I can't advise you on when you begin having periods again!

well it started heavy the 1st time but whenever it comes back its just like a normal period.im going to make a doctors appointment to make sure. Better being safe then sorry ay. Fingers crossed x
