i agree with every thing ema said too, and i wished i'd photocopied my notes, i would love to have them back x x x x

i done it with my last son hows 4 now wish i done it with my others

I never realised til i saw my midwife yesterday that they keep your notes, she told me it's because they audit them to check everyone's recieving the correct amount of care from their midwives etc.
