My girlfriend and I have been together for a little over 5 years. She has two children. We have not told the kids we were in a relationship until recently the oldest, we told. He was not too okay with it. His father is in his life and we do not deprive him of that. He gets them for 3 months and then they come back to us for the rest of the year. I need advice on how to approach him about it or how to act with him knowing and him not being okay with it. The children come first and I’m willing to do anything to make them comfortable with this.
