I sent my drivers license off yesterday to change my surname. I couldn't find my counterpart so sent £20 to pay for a new one. Of course, lo and behold, the counterpart has turned up. Do you think if i ring them, they will accept the counterpart if i send it off to them rather than me wasting £20!? BOO i'm kicking myself
i had my licence last week changed I received it back couple days ago (changed name) they havent cashed my cheque yet!!! Just ring them up and explain!
ive phoned dvla and theyve put a request on my account for my application to be declined due to me finding my counterpart. So hopefully they will read the note and send it back to me. If not, then i'm £20 down for a stuuuupid reason. Money things are NOT going well for me lately pfft
