Af 2 days early and feeling really sick.

We have only really been nttp this month, ttc next month. But I have been feeling really sick the last few days so did a test Thursday and Friday, bfn. Af was due Monday but has come today out of nowhere, no spotting or light pink when I wipe. Just nothing when I woke up and went to the loo to full blown red just now. I still feel really sick though.
It also only gave me a leutal phase of 10 days, is that long enough?

I am not trying to be negative but this happened to me back in February. I started 2 days early and it only lasted 4 days but then started again 2 days later and turned out I was having a miscarriage. Everyone is different you may stop and not start again and this could be good news I just wanted to put that out there as it was really hard for me.
