well my last cycle was my first one temping and using opks - i got all excited around cd21 when i got my first positive opk, but then no temp rise so i figured my body was gearing up for ov but didn't. i then had another positive opk on cd26 and 3 days later 
showed up!
i was pretty surprised and disappointed. now i usually have 5-7 days of bleeding, starting off very heavy and getting gradually lighter. this time i have only had 3 days of very light flow so my question is would it be normal to have a shorter & lighter period after a cycle where you didn't ovulate??
