How long is your cycle? I've got a 23 day cycle and this will be my 1st month using OPK. I stopped bleeding yesterday and knew I'm due to Ov sometime in this next week so I'm going to start today so I can see the progression.

Its kind of different every month due to stopping depo. Last 2 have been 26 days and one before that was 24

Thanks hun. Okay based on that and presuming you have a 14 luteal period you should start using OPK on Friday 23/9 as this should be the start of your fertile period. It come up as Tues 27/9 being your most fertile day. Please note - this is just an internet website prediction so it will not be completely accurate but gives you a rough idea when to start bedding and using your OPK.

I would say start using on Fri 23/9.
