AF got me and...

so i woke up this morning and had cramps... so i got up to go to the bathroom and went pee, when i went pee AF was obviously here but there was also very large clots. Is this normal?

I think so. I've had that happen before. As long as you aren't using up a tampon/napkin sooner than you should be then I'm sure you're alright. Sorry the found you! Better luck in November!

yes, since I MC a few of my AF's have been like this. Large clots very heavy having to change every 30-45 mins. However if you are worried you could make an appointment with GP

im thinking it was just build up over the night because i was sleeping and didnt use the potty or nothing

Gosh I am sitting at CD4 and its been just nasty heavy and the first few days VERY large clots as well. It's been a pretty painful cycle for me so far - don't worry though, you're not alone.
